Left over rice cutlet is a spicy and tasty meal which you
can prepare very easily. It has the same health benefits as left over rice and
gives a divine taste with tomato sauce. Below I have mentioned the ingredients and the method which I used to
prepare these yummy cutlets in my YouTube video.
Ingredients
leftover rice
fish 200g
coconut oil
crushed ginger 1/2 tbsp.
Method
step1: Prepare finely chopped onion, curry leaves and green chilies. crush garlics and ginger, as well as a fully boiled fish.
step 2: add oil (3 or 4 tbsp.)to a pan and add ginger, garlic, onion green chilies, curry leaves and fry them around 5min. Then add boiled fish to the mixture.
Step 3: Use some salt, pepper and chili flakes. Fry the mixture with low flame until you get a good smell. (around 2-3 mins).
Step 4: Take off the mixture from the stove and add lime into it.
step 5: make cutlets as a ball or any better shape and dip them into the beaten eggs. Then coat them with breadcrumbs.
Step 6: Again Heat oil and deep fry your cutlets until they turn into golden colour.
Step 7: Serve tasty cutlet balls with tomato or any other sauce.
